Korean dental studios combine in-clinic whitening (60-90 minutes) with optional take-home trays. Typical results are 4-8 shade improvement. Sensitive teeth are protected with desensitizing gels before and after.

2. Gum protection
3. Whitening gel + LED activation (3 cycles)
4. Final fluoride / desensitizer
Recovery & Aftercare
- Avoid coffee, red wine, curry, tobacco for 48 hours
- Sensitivity may last 1-3 days
- Re-touch in 6-12 months as needed
